  1. Request for agreement and presentation of the Personal data processing policy.

1.1. Our company (Sc Transcom Danmar SRL, RO 30560409) makes all the efforts (technical and organizational) to comply with EU Regulation 2016/769 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, dated 27.04.2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to processing the data with a personal character and the free circulation of these data (also known as the GDPR regulation). Also, regarding keeping the data of our clients in a maximum safety, whether they are natural persons or legal entities.

1.2. The data we collect are strictly to be able to offer the ordered services, in order to provide you technical support, to be able to prepare the legal documents required by law or by the signed contract (contract, proforma invoice and fiscal invoice, addendum, reports on the offered services), respectively to notify you about the modification or update of our services.

1.3. Your agreement. In order to provide you the above, you agree to supply us with the following personal data: name, surname, social security number, home address, e-mail address, IP address, telephone number.

We do not collect data regarding: religion, political and/or ethnic affiliation, sexual orientation.

1.4. The period of storage and preservation of personal data. Personal data are kept (stored): a) for the period required by the current legislation, b) are stored for the contractual period or until the end of the services. The data sent through the offer request form (email, name, phone number, email address) are kept during the offer’s expiration period (between 30 and 90 days).

1.5. Detailing the purpose of using your data:

– completing and signing a contract for goods transport services / logistics activities

– completing and signing an addendum to one of the service contracts

– accounting services (issuing of proforma invoice and fiscal invoice, in some cases receipt)

– supply of technical support

– newsletter subscription.

We specify that the data you provide to us can be transmitted to external or internal suppliers – persons authorized by the operator – in order to be able to offer you the ordered services and to be able to manage the documents required and imposed by law, such as: accounting services, legal services, payment services (banking or card payment processing institutions), courier services (for sending and receiving contracts), agreed partners that will have a role in the execution of your order.

The data you provide are:

– stored in electronic and physical (printed) format.

– processed in a way that ensures security, including protection against unauthorized or illegal processing and against loss, destruction or accidental damage, through the technical and organizational measures we have taken.

1.6. What are your rights:

the right to data access. You can ask us whether or not data about you are processed by our company, what these data are and what they are used for. These data are provided to you electronically. You can request these data in person at our headquarters in Pitesti, Tudor Vladimirescu Str., no. ….. or by email in electronic format at the email address ma***@tr*************.com.

the right to rectify or update data. You can request the updating or rectification of the data held by our company.

the right to request the removal of personal data. You can request the removal of your personal data from our company. You can request this after the expiration of the contract, after the completion of the ordered and provided services, if there are no financial obligations

the right to data portability and migration. You have the right to request from our company the transmission of data in electronic format in order to provide them to other companies or parties.

the right to opposition. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

the right to submit a complaint to the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro)

the right to withdraw your consent and agreement for the processing of your personal data.

The provision of personal data represents a contractual obligation, necessary for the conclusion of the contract, so if you do not agree with the processing of your personal data, the contract between the parties cannot be concluded and we will not be able to offer you the requested services or technical support.

2.1 The websites of Sc Transcom Danmar SRL (www.transcom-pharma.com, www.frigo-express-danmar.com, www.frigo-express.ro) use Cookies.

The personal data and fiscal data of our customers and partners are used only for the purpose of providing and performing services under normal conditions, respectively for issuing invoices, contracts, sending notifications, and will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases when the service is provided through our partners (eg: domain registration).

*You are not obliged to provide the data. However, your refusal makes it impossible to perform the ordered service.

When we are contacted through the contact form or the technical support form, our support system identifies the following data: ip, browser type, operating system, locality. Just the same as personal data, this information is kept confidential and is not used for any other purpose than to provide technical support in the best conditions.
