TRANSCOM DANMAR’s standard terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services require suppliers to comply with the Conflict Mineral Policy, and allow for termination in the event of non-compliance. The overall risk of conflict minerals in our supply chain remains low. All suppliers of TRANSCOM DANMAR must self-certify against a range of ethical standards, which explicitly includes Conflict Minerals in supply chains, and we request annual updates of their supporting certification.

TRANSCOM DANMAR is committed to:

• Identifying which TRANSCOM DANMAR products are impacted and targeting our efforts accordingly
• Not buying products and materials containing Conflict Minerals directly from Conflict Mines (CAHRA’s and the Covered Countries)
• Working with our suppliers to ensure that any Conflict Minerals contained in the products and materials supplied to TRANSCOM DANMAR originate from Conflict Free sources
• Contributing to conflict-free trade by encouraging our suppliers not to discriminate against legitimate sources of Conflict Minerals

In addition, we are committed to engaging with our customers regarding their disclosure obligations.
